By Placing or Submitting An Order With Lawyerstudiodesign.com, you agree to be bound by Lawyerstudiodesign.com terms and conditions and You Agree To The Following Terms:
All Logos or images used on this website are for illustration purposes only and are not intended to infringe on the copyright or trademark of any company pictured. Lawyerstudiodesign.com claims no affiliation with any company listed on this website. Lawyerstudiodesign.com clients are independent agents for the companies they represent and have authorized Lawyerstudiodesign.com to use these logos and trademarks in the creation of their printed marketing and online marketing materials.

Before placing an order, please make sure you understand which aspects of the ordering process are your responsibilities as a customer. As an online printer specializing in the gang-run format, there are certain variables that are out of our control and shall be taken into consideration by customers who place an order. If our printing does not meet industry standards due to errors made on our behalf, we will either re-print and re-ship the job at no charge or give a credit for a future order. If Lawyer Studio Design approved a re-print job due to an error on our behalf, the re-print must be done using the same file(s) from the original order. Please note that due to the nature of our full-color printing (CMYK), we cannot print every color available. We do not color match; however, we offer the print industry’s standard phrase of respectable color and will make every rational effort to print your product as close to the colors you have provided as possible. We are a gang run printer and therefore cannot match colors 100%. Please note we guarantee 80% match to your file. Each time colors could play up to 15-20%.
We will not refund money for any reason once an order is finalized. Orders mistakenly placed for the wrong product, quantity, files, shipping method, or payment method are out of our control; as such, we shall not be held responsible, nor will we be obliged to provide a discount of any sort.
Customer guarantees the legal title of all matter submitted to Lawyerstudiodesign.com and Lawyer Studio Design reserves the right to use its sole discretion in refusing to print anything it deems improper or known to be illegal.
Lawyerstudiodesign.com is not liable for any damages resulting from unwilling violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names or slogans.
What is a re-printable item?
Errors during the production process made on our behalf.
What is not a re-printable item?
Grammatical, spelling errors, or omissions made on artwork by our designers or customers when the customer has approved the job to print (i.e. they have approved the artwork as shown in the provided proof),
Jobs that are cut within 1/4th of an inch of the actual product size. Color discrepancies on any gang-run offset item.
Duplicate orders by the customer. Errors in user-selected options such product type, quantity, shape, finish and printing options. Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer. Incorrect shipping address, undeliverable packages/3rd delivery attempts, or other errors created by the customer.
All orders must be prepaid. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
Orders cannot be cancelled once the proof is approved by the customer. All cancelled orders are entitled to a full refund within 3 business days.
Prices posted on this website are subject to change at any time without any notice.
Lawyerstudiodesign.com liability shall be limited to the stated selling price to the customer of any defective goods, and shall in no event include special, consequential, incidental, indirect or similar damages, including without limitation, lost profits. Lawyerstudiodesign.com makes no other warranty and no actions or words of Lawyerstudiodesign.com or its officers, employees or agents shall constitute a warranty.
In the event that a charge, claim or demand, or arbitration, action or proceeding (collectively, a “Claim”) is made or commenced against Lawyerstudiodesign.com based upon, relating to or arising from the alleged wrongful acts of the customers, or alleging that the printing performed or product produced by Lawyer Studio Design ordered by the customer:
(a.) infringes any copyright, patent or other proprietary right of any person; or
(b.) contains matter that is libelous, slanderous, defamatory, scandalous or obscene, the customer shall indemnify and hold Lawyerstudiodesign.com harmless from and against any loss, damages, cost and expense arising from or related to the Claim including without limitation;
(1.) defending Lawyerstudiodesign.com against any such Claim
(2.) paying any judgment or award against the customer; and
(3.) reimbursing Lawyer Studio Design for any legal fees and expenses it reasonably incurs in responding.
Lawyerstudiodesign.com is not responsible for accidental loss or damage to media and files supplied by the customer or for errors on supplied artwork furnished by the customer. Until Lawyerstudiodesign.com can evaluate digital input, no liability is assumed for problems that may arise and no claims or promises are made about our ability to work with jobs submitted in digital format. Any additional translating, editing, or programming needed to utilize client-supplied files will be charged at our current rates.
Lawyerstudiodesign.com does not archive your work for longer than it takes to produce the final product. It is the client’s responsibility to maintain a copy of the original computer files, artwork and transparencies.
Client alterations must include all corrections or changes from the original specifications and must be specified in writing. Such corrections or changes will be charged at our current rates.
Our design proofs are sent via email and must be approved by the customer prior to print. Once the approval is received, the order will be sent to print. Lawyerstudiodesign.com will work with the customer to get a corrected artwork but will not offer a refund, partial or full for incorrect or missing information on designed artworks that were approved by the customer. Lawyerstudiodesign.com is not responsible information missed by the customer during the proofing process including but not limited to; typos, missing information, missing dates, missing venues, or any other information the client felt should have been placed on their artwork.
The Guarantee of Color and Exact Color Matching
We do not guarantee an exact color match to the art submitted. If the art is submitted as a any color mode other than the print color mode CMYK we will convert the color mode to CMYK. If there is a color shift we are not responsible for that color shift. Because of differences in equipment, paper, inks, and other conditions between color proofing and production pressroom operations, a “pleasing color” variation between color proofs and the completed job [as determined by generally accepted trade technical methods] is to be expected. When such a variation occurs, it will be considered acceptable performance.
Lawyerstudiodesign.com will normally deliver the exact quantity of goods ordered and some cases a small additional amount. There is no extra charge for the additional amount. In the event of an underrun, Lawyerstudiodesign.com may bill for the actual quantity delivered. The accepted trade practice is plus or minus 5%. All packages are weighed before departure and meet our weight specifications for the amount packaged. If you receive a quantity less than 5% of the industry standards for over/underruns then please inspect the box for shipping damage. Shipping damage is generally the culprit for product shortages.
Shipping Changes and Methods
Our shipping methods selected on our online ordering page are final and cannot be changed once the order is submitted. We will not upgrade or change the shipping method that was selected on our online ordering page.
Shipping & Postal Delivery Times
All delivery dates are estimate. Lawyerstudiodesign.com is not responsible for delays or delivery schedules caused by FedEx or USPS and cannot guarantee when mail or shipments deposited with or released to these carriers will be delivered.
Lawyerstudiodesign.com cannot guarantee a specific shipping or arrival date. Turnaround is an estimate, and is not to be confused with a guarantee. Production business days run Monday – Friday 10am to 6pm excluding major Holidays. Orders placed before 6pm Eastern will be considered ordered that business day. Any order placed after 6pm will be considered ordered on the following business day.
Lawyerstudiodesign.com is not responsible for delays and/or damage incurred during shipping. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international destinations. Charges for delivery of materials and supplies from the client or the client’s supplier to Lawyerstudiodesign.com are not included in quotations unless specified.
Claims and Disputes
Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by the client in writing no later than 7 Days after delivery. If no such claim is made within that period of time, Lawyer Studio Design and the customer will understand that the job has been accepted. By accepting the job, the client acknowledges that Lawyer Studio Design has fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications.
Client understands and agrees that if they should attempt to reverse a credit card charge (chargeback) and are unsuccessful (defined as losing the chargeback dispute) that Lawyerstudiodesign.com shall be entitled to recover costs associated with the chargeback including but not limited to accounting and legal time. Customer expressly authorizes Lawyerstudiodesign.com to charge their credit card for the appropriate fees upon notification from Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover that the dispute has been decided in favor of Lawyerstudiodesign.com and agrees to waive any protest to said charge.
Disputes & Venue
For legal purposes, the venue for any dispute shall be Hillsborough County, Florida, USA
Because of the nature of “gang run” style printing Lawyerstudiodesign.com shall not be held responsible for the following issues which may occur during the production process: variation in color, offset (smudges), cutting variations, marking, picking, cutting issues, size discrepancies (over/under), and etc. Customer acknowledges that they are receiving gang run style printing at a substantial price discount and expedited delivery times and thus said printing will not be held to the same standard as traditional offset lithography nor generally accepted printing standards. While every effort will be made to satisfy our customer’s needs, requests for reprints or credits based on quality issues will not be recognized.
Right to Subcontract
Lawyerstudiodesign.com shall have the right to assign any portion of the work required to another contractor.
Lawyerstudiodesign.com has the right to use your product material for samples or advertising purposes.
Your information is only used for contact, billing, and shipping purposes. Any information Lawyerstudiodesign.com collects from order processing or from any inquiries is not shared with any other company. Your credit card information is never stored by Lawyerstudiodesign.com
Third Party Billing and Reimbursements
Your card will be billed the exact amount of the purchase. Lawyerstudiodesign.com will not charge a card for more than the amount and reimburse the difference as a commission. It is up to the customer to work out an agreeable transaction arrangement with his/her client if he/she chooses to resell our products.
All Mailing List(s) is the exclusive property of the customer and shall be used only with customer’s instructions. Customer’s mailing list(s) will not be sold or offered for use to any other party while in the possession of Lawyerstudiodesign.com.
Errors in Mailing
Lawyerstudiodesign.com shall be liable only to the extent of remailing a correction or corrected job as soon as possible to rectify the mistake. Damages shall be limited to the value of the work performed. In no case is Lawyerstudiodesign.com liable for loss of business; incidental or consequential damages; or costs in excess of billing for services related to the specific job. The customer will defend and hold Lawyerstudiodesign.com harmless in any suit or court action brought against Lawyerstudiodesign.com by others for alleged damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees), liabilities or losses resulting from circumstances where Lawyer Studio Design, acting as the customer’s agent, uses copy, photographs, or illustrations that are believed by others to be degrading, libelous or harmful to their reputations, images, or standing in the community or which in Lawyerstudiodesign.com sole judgment is an infringement on a trademark, or trade name, or service mark, or copyright belonging to others, or in a suit or court action brought against Lawyerstudiodesign.com for actions of the customer’s employees which may occur as a result of any mailing.
We will not refund money for any reason once the Affiliate fee is paid and submitted. If no orders have been submitted in a period of a year the affiliate account will be held and change the status to inactive. Lawyerstudiodesign.com has the right to terminate an affiliate program account at any time.
